REFUND OF FEE:

If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances

In case of any misbehavior / wrong language use by you or any person in your house with the company owner, representative / Third party investigator, company has full right to delete your profile on immediate basis without intimation to you. No refund will be given in such case.
If the company representative / Third party investigator found that all / any details filled by you are wrong / misleading, company has full right to delete your profile on immediate basis without intimation to you. No refund will be given in such case.
In case of Full value (yearly package) & half yearly package, companies do not provide any guarantee of the number of profiles. It will differ from profile to profile.
If your profile is deleted or blocked due to non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions; there won’t be any refund from the Company.
Registration and membership is Individualistic and is non-transferable to any other person or entity and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Marathalagin Sarai shall retain their right to take action against such case.
While Marathalagin Sarai does not accept any obligation to monitor the content, if the content is found not to be in compliance with these Terms, Marathalagin Sarai may terminate your registration without a refund of any subscription paid by you. You agree that if the situation warrants, then Marathalagin Sarai may at its sole discretion put restriction on any Maratha lagin Sarai member to other member's communications.
If Maratha lagin Sarai Found you or your Close family Members has Owned Matrimony / Vaduvar Suchak and you are using our membership and website data for your own profit purpose would be considered as complete breach of data privacy and fraud. Marathalaginsarai has the right to suspend your data without any refund and notification.
After Payment ID proof is compulsory to show Marathalagin Sarai Office representative if you fail to show or you are not ready show you account will be suspended without refund.
Every member has their own choice and expectation hence we do not have any control over their responses for your profile whether it is positive or negative response as per everyone expectations. . in such cases Maratha lagin Sarai should not be held responsible and for this reason Maratha Lagin Sarai will not give any refund.
In the event, you are not agreeable to any of the terms or conditions here in contained, please reconsider and please refrain from registration. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from Maratha Lagin Sarai and members of Maratha Lagin Sarai as long as you are a registered member of Maratha Lagin Sarai
Please use our free membership and check all the profiles if you like the profiles then only take paid membership.Once paid it will not refundable at any circumstances.

Reasons to terminate rights of “User” and/or “Member”: without any refund

1. Giving any Wrong/ Fake Information on registration form
2. Uploading unethical / uncultured photographs
3. Using unparliamentary, arrogant, threatening language
4. Misuse of any data published on the website
5. Misuse of any photograph published on the website
6. Found culprit in any or unethical or illegal act
7.Using unethical or illegal, threatening language during telephonic discussion with the representative or owner of marathalaginsarai
8. Not ready to show ID proof after Payment as per marathalaginsarai policy and terms and conditions
